Designed by award-winning architect AL-JAWAD PIKE, Chowdhury Walk is an infill development of 11 houses with a contemporary twist to the traditional London terrace that balances individual privacy with shared public space. All constructed in cross-laminated timber, the homes are highly insulated and have integrated solar panels. Part of London Borough of Hackney’s new housing programme to develop underused sites, the development has contributed to shaping the future of architecture and urban development.
