The day brought together project partners, council representatives and our delivery team for speeches, a rooftop walk-through, and a look ahead at the next stages of the internal works. Guests were welcomed on site before joining us for an overview of project progress, followed by a tour across the upper floors and finally onto the roof for the ceremonial photo moment – personalised golden trowel included!

It was a pleasure to host the Mayor and councillors as part of the celebrations, and to share insight into our ongoing social value contributions and the wider benefits this project will bring to the Bromley community.
