We’re happy to announce the successful completion of Capital House for the University of Southampton, which saw the extensive refurbishment of the university’s student accommodation. The project has transformed the existing building through a revised internal configuration, new finishes and upgraded M&E systems throughout. Our works also included improvements to the external façade and the complete replacement of the existing roof.
