First Foundations Ceremony
Project milestone | First foundations at North London Hospice
We were pleased to join the team at North London Hospice to mark the first foundations ceremony for its new Inpatient Unit at Woodside Avenue.
The occasion was made even more special by the attendance of North London Hospice Ambassador Michelle Collins and the Worshipful Mayor of Barnet, Councillor Zahra Beg, who joined representatives from the hospice and project team to celebrate this important milestone.
Part of North London Hospice’s Building for Tomorrow project, the works will create a modern, sustainable facility designed around the comfort, dignity and changing care needs of patients and their families.
The redeveloped unit will provide larger bedrooms, accessible en-suite facilities, improved space for visitors and staff, and better access to the hospice’s gardens and courtyard.
It was a privilege to celebrate this milestone with the hospice team and everyone helping to bring its plans to life. We look forward to continuing our work together and delivering a facility that will support the North London community for many years to come.
