Project Completion Alert | Reigate Fire Station for Surrey County Council

The new carbon-neutral, purpose-built facility has been designed to meet the needs of modern firefighting crews and the communities they serve. Alongside its fire crew, the station also provides dedicated space for the South East Coast Ambulance Service.

Facilities include a new kitchen, gym, lounge, private rest rooms and showers, with a gender neutral design supporting a modern and inclusive working environment.

Sustainability is central to the new station, with an all electric energy solution, air to water heat pumps and 92 photovoltaic panels contributing to building performance.
The scheme also protected the mature oak trees within the site.
