Design and construction of a complex vertical rooftop extension and internal remodelling within the Brewers’ Hall in Aldernanbury Square. Works involved extending the existing stone façade at 3rd floor and addition of a new mansard roof extension to 4th and 5th floors with preoxidised copper cladding. We also undertook refurbishment works to create additional CAT-A office space.
