16 Waterloo Place is located in the City of Westminster and is a self-contained former banking hall. Waterloo Place was built in the early 1900s, is Grade II listed and lies within the St James Conservation Area. The project involved the refurbishment of the existing building to form a gallery space, office space & meeting areas. The works included demolishing the existing entrance lobby, alterations at basement level to enable an office fit out with bespoke joinery, including the construction of a temperature controlled negatives storage area, new finishes and M&E throughout, and alterations
to the mezzanine level to accommodate new meeting rooms.

“Neilcott is a reliable main contractor and the successful refurbishment of 16 Waterloo Place is a testament to Neilcott’s competence. Should we have any future projects, we would not hesitate to engage their services again.”
