Design and construction of a new Special Educational Needs and Mental Health (SEMH) school for up to 50 pupils at the former All Saints Church of England Primary School site in Warfield, Bracknell. The works include building a new two-storey extension, linked to the existing building via a single-storey corridor. The scheme also covers the refurbishment of part of the existing structure, partial demolition of buildings, and removal of temporary units, all delivered under one contract.
