Celebrating progress at Beormund Primary School 🌳

Last week, we welcomed representatives from Beormund Primary School, Southwark Council, our consultant team and supply chain partners to site for an afternoon barbecue, project presentation and guided tours of the new school. The project has been commissioned by Southwark Council and the new building will provide enhanced learning spaces for up to 56 pupils with social, emotional and mental health needs.

With the project nearing completion and currently being delivered ahead of programme, it was a great opportunity to bring everyone together, share the progress made and recognise the teamwork behind it.

The response from our guests was brilliant, with many commenting on the quality of the project and the achievement of delivering a new school ahead of schedule.

We also had the chance to unveil the new pool table in the teachers lounge, a gift from the Neilcott site team for Beormund’s hard-working teachers, for them to enjoy in their new staff room.

Thank you to everyone who attended, and to the Neilcott team who worked hard to make the event such a success. We are now looking forward to the final push and handing over a school that the pupils, staff and wider community can be proud of.
