🚀 BREEAM Outstanding Achievement: Our cross laminated timber Shipman Youth Zone project for London Borough of Newham, is a model for sustainable design: A car-free, zero-carbon, high-quality space designed for and with young people. Featuring meeting rooms, sports hall, gym, music studio, and arts spaces. This is just one of many BREEAM projects that we have on site.
🏡 Passivhaus: Our Farm Lane certified classic residential scheme for Hammersmith & Fulham Council uses holistic fabric first design principles to achieve strict energy & thermal performance standards, which will result in low running costs for residents.
🔋 Transition to HVO Fuel: We’ve made the switch from diesel to HVO fuel on our sites, resulting in a potential 78% reduction in Scope 1 carbon emissions. A major step forward for sustainable site operations.
🚗 EV Salary Sacrifice & Cycle to Work Schemes: Supporting our staff in making greener transport choices.
