Following the careful demolition of the old Osborn Road Multi-storey Car Park, Neilcott provided a new car park with Electric Vehicle charging points. The new surface car park will be utilised by shoppers using the existing shopping centre and the new Fareham Live arts centre, which Neilcott also redeveloped.
