Hammersmith & Fulham Council are delivering 31 new homes on the site, of which 10 will be let at social rent, 6 will be shared ownership and 15 will be available to buy as leasehold homes. The 10 social rent homes will be prioritised for local people in housing need. The 6 shared ownership homes will be prioritised for people who live or work in the borough.
