Design and construction of a new timber frame student refectory, replacing the existing refectory buildings with a modern, welcoming dining and social space for students. The works include demolition of the existing buildings, construction of the new timber frame structure, full internal fit out, and associated external works. The completed facility will provide a high-quality, practical and attractive environment, designed to support daily student use while improving the overall campus setting.
