We are pleased to share completion photos from our refurbishment of the former Lacoste retail unit at Duke Street for Pentland Group.

The existing boutique has been transformed into modern office accommodation, including an open-plan workspace, private office, meeting room, meeting booth, kitchenette, toilet facilities and bespoke storage. The works also included new ventilation and an air source heat pump, providing the space with an efficient all-electric heating system.

Working within a listed building, the team carefully retained the character of the property. The existing shopfront remained largely unchanged, with the former signage removed and the timber façade redecorated. Existing doors were also refurbished and reused to reduce material waste.
