Providing:
🚿 New WC block with Changing Places facilities & external showers
🏢 A new RNLI Foreshore Building
🚗 Expanded West Green Car Park with improved access
🏀 Activity Hub with water features, sports areas & landscaping
🌳 Sustainable features including PV panels, rain gardens & recycled materials

Innovation & Sustainability:
✅ On-site material arisings were reshaped to form landscaping features, reducing waste & vehicle emissions
✅ PV panels installed on the Foreshore building
✅ Use of recycled shipping containers for concession units
✅ Rain gardens & water butts enhanced sustainable drainage

Social Value Delivered:
👷‍♂️ Hosted a ‘Meet the Contractor’ day & careers events with local schools
🚮 Litter picking on the local beach
🌳 Responsive to local concerns: tree placements were adjusted to preserve views from listed buildings
