We’re happy to share Completion Photos of our Watergate School project for Lewisham Council. The scheme involved the design and construction of a new two-storey teaching building, providing specialist learning accommodation, support spaces and staff facilities tailored to the school’s needs.

The wider works have created valuable new facilities for pupils and the local community, including a multi-use games area, community garden, natural play and landscaped areas, a relocated adventure playground and improvements to the adjacent youth centre.

🌳 Environmental performance has been central to our approach. And we’re happy to share that the project achieved 100% diversion of waste from landfill, retained 36 mature trees and incorporated green roofs, extensive soft landscaping, energy-efficient lighting and lower-emission building services.
