This transformative project has refurbished and extended the existing library to create a vibrant, modern community hub, accessible to all residents. Key highlights:

• Refurbishment and reconfiguration of 1,450m² of space, including a new single-storey extension
• Modern library facilities alongside a range of community services and flexible spaces
• Installation of the Lyngsoe ‘Super Access’ system, enabling extended library hours and greater digital inclusivity
• Significant sustainability upgrades: energy-efficient M&E, smart lighting, water-saving fixtures, improved thermal performance, and PV panels, supporting Surrey’s Greener Future net zero carbon strategy
