Demolition of part of the existing building, alongside the refurbishment and extension of the fire station and Border Force offices. The works include upgrading the existing facilities, overcladding the fire station to improve the building envelope, and delivering new vehicular site arrangements to support improved access and day-to-day operations. The scheme has been designed to enhance the functionality, appearance and long-term performance of the site while supporting the needs of key emergency and border service teams.
