Demolition of part of the existing building, alongside the refurbishment and extension of the fire station and offices.  Works included the upgrade of existing facilities, overcladding the fire station to improve the building envelope, and delivery of new vehicular site arrangements to support improved access and day-to-day operations. The scheme was designed to enhance the functionality, appearance and long-term performance of the site whilst supporting the needs of key emergency service teams.
