We recently held a steel signing event on-site for our client Lewisham Council, marking a significant milestone in the development of the new SEND Watergate School. It was great to welcome the key stakeholders together to mark the milestone of completing the steel frame. The steel beam was signed by Lewisham’s Head of SEND Services for Children and Young People – Reinhild Onuoha and Councillor Edison Huynh – Cabinet Member for Children and Young People, Lemuel Dickie-Johnson, Graeme Sargood MCIOB ICWCI, our Design Team and our key sub-contractors Conneelys and Cahill Structures.

It was a moment to reflect on the hard work of everyone involved upto this point and to look forward to the exciting phases of construction that are still to come.
