Works involved the demolition of the Cedar Wing extension at King George Hospital and construction of a new three-storey concrete frame building. The new building provides two additional theatres and support accommodation. Works also included the refurbishment of adjacent areas to provide Stage 1 Recovery, Staff Welfare and Theatre Storage.
