Extensive refurbishment of Capital House, which will become the new centre for Creative Technologies (Winchester School of Art) – University of Southampton.
Improving the building’s layout, performance and overall appearance. The works include the reconfiguration of internal spaces, upgraded finishes, the installation of new mechanical, electrical and public health systems throughout, external façade improvements and the full replacement of the existing roof. The project has refreshed and modernised the building, creating a more efficient, practical and high-quality environment while improving the long-term performance of the property.
