Neilcott is delighted to announce that we have been re-appointed to the second generation of Procure Partnerships national contractor framework on all lots applied for:
– Lot 27 – South East : £1 – £5m
– Lot 28 – South East : £5 – £15m
– Lot 31 – London – £50k – £1m
– Lot 32 – London – £1 – £5m
– Lot 33 – London – £5m – £15m
This is due to our successful delivery and proven 12% social value add on every project under the current framework, which has delivered over 400 projects during the last 4 years. Our active involvement includes successfully delivering a range of projects, such as £4m Corringham Integrated Medical Centre, £2m Regis Road Mental Health Unit, £3m St George’s Hospital Holdsworth Ward refurb & £9m King George Hospital extension.
This will expand our framework coverage to the South East region, which includes both our Winchester & Hemel Hempstead office areas, as well as London.
The new framework goes live 1st November 2023 and will expire on 31st October 2027.
