Enabling and Main Works contracts involved whole building refurbishment and demolition of part of the existing building on St Vincent Street, along with new-build infill extension, internal structural alterations of the exiting building and fit-out works across the site. This created high quality new CAT A office space, two floors of leisure facilities for Soul Cycle and a new nursery space. 16 Waterloo Place Sensitively restoring an old bank, converting it to a CAT B commercial office, with gallery & temperature controlled archive storage CAT B Fit Out Restoration Works Grade II Listed Building Central London Client:ABG Images UK Contract:JCT IBC with Design Value:£1m 16 Waterloo Place is located in the City of Westminster and is a self-contained former banking hall. Waterloo Place was built in the early 1900s, is Grade II listed and lies within the St James Conservation Area. The project involved the refurbishment of the existing building to form a gallery space, office space & meeting areas. The works included demolishing the existing entrance lobby, alterations at basement level to enable an office fit out with bespoke joinery, including the construction of a temperature controlled negatives storage area, new finishes and M&E throughout, and alterationsto the mezzanine level to accommodate new meeting rooms. “Neilcott is a reliable main contractor and the successful refurbishment of 16 Waterloo Place is a testament to Neilcott’s competence. Brewers’ Hall Expanding & enhancing historic Brewers’ Hall through a complex rooftop extension. Occupied Building Complex M&E Rooftop Extension Listed Building Client:Worshipful Company of Brewers Contract:JCT Design & Build Value:£6.6m Design and construction of a complex vertical rooftop extension and internal remodelling within the Brewers’ Hall in Aldernanbury Square. Works involved extending the existing stone façade at 3rd floor and addition of a new mansard roof extension to 4th and 5th floors with preoxidised copper cladding. Canna Enterprise Centre The new development provides a council depot in connection with Rushmoor Borough Council’s refuse and street cleansing services Steel Frame Adjoining occupiers Multi-stakeholder Client: Rushmoor Borough Council  Contract:JCT Design & BuildValue:£2.6m Reinforced concrete surfacing typical of the Enterprise Estate and surrounding industrial area. New buildings provided, replace older industrial buildings and have generated greater employment space. The site provides overnight parking for up to 28 HeavyCommercial Vehicles (HCVs) consisting of 16 spaces for RCVs and 12 for road sweepers and 7.5 tonne trucks. The site also provides 46 (2 disabled) staff car parking spaces and cycle storage at the south of the site.  There are a further 4 sweeper spaces to the north of the office area and 1 in the northernmost corner of the site.  Works also provided a  vehicle wash down area and fuel area.
