To facilitate the relocation for the London Borough of Bromley’s Civic Offices, the works comprised of the internal CAT B fit out, with new layouts, reconfigured and refurbished main reception, a new reception serving the public at lower level, a new democratic hub with committee rooms, council chamber, mayoral suite, refurbished office accommodation to all other areas including the replacement of life expired plant and introduction of replacement mechanical and electrical plant.
