Part of Reigate & Banstead Borough Council’s aim to optimise council owned land, 16-46 Cromwell Road provides new homes for rent whilst contributing to the regeneration of the Redhill town centre area. The development provides 32 1/2 bedroom flats, 50% rented at open market rents & 50% at affordable sub-market rents, aimed at helping households registered on the Council’s Housing Register. The 4-storey development also delivers 360m² ground floor commercial space, which is low-energy with enhanced insulation & heat recovery technology.
