Neilcott undertook the demolition of 25 single storey garages and built 11 new homes on the Clapton Park Estate. Designed by award-winning architect AL-JAWAD PIKE, the Daubeney Road development on Chowdhury Walk is an infill project that brings a contemporary twist to the traditional London terrace, balancing privacy with shared public space. The development includes 2 and 3-bedroom homes, plus a fully accessible 4-bedroom family house.
Constructed with cross-laminated timber (CLT) for enhanced insulation, the homes feature integrated solar panels, brick cladding, and single-ply membrane roofs. The site also includes landscaped paving, planters, and new pedestrian and cycle routes with bike storage.
