The Neilcott team, including Project Manager Alex Bowen, Design Manager Marco Rabbini and Hemel Hempstead Regional Mark Doyle spent the day at Mandeville Primary School in St Albans sanding down, repairing and priming an array of fibre glass animals in readiness for the school’s children to brightly decorate at a later date. 

This was just one of the community initiatives that the King Offa team have lined up, to help support the local community and fortunately the weather was kind on the day to make sure that Mr Penguin and friends looked brand new again by the end of it. 

These community days are personally rewarding, and proven to have a positive impact on wellbeing but equally allow us to share time together outside of the work environment.
