Complex redevelopment works at historic 110 Marylebone High Street for repeat client Howard de Walden. Enabling and Main Works contracts involved whole building refurbishment and demolition of part of the existing building on St Vincent Street, along with new-build infill extension, internal structural alterations of the exiting building and fit-out works across the site. This created high quality new CAT A office space, two floors of leisure facilities for Soul Cycle and a new nursery space.
