Design and construction of a new timber glulam and CLT framed Junior School Building. Providing teaching spaces for creative arts, life sciences, technology/ICT, music and general study, as well as play space, administration offices, a multi-functional hall and additional teaching spaces for the sixth form of the senior school. Designed with future proofing in mind, a whole lifecyle approach has been adopted with the inclusion of highly energy efficient features to meet BREEAM ‘Very Good’.
