We had so much fun at Procure Partnerships Framework‘s National Project Excellence Awards. It was an honour to celebrate the very best in the industry and we are thrilled to announce that our Churchill Court Fit Out scheme has won the South Project of the Year Award! 🏆

It was our pleasure to attend the ceremony to celebrate the very best in the industry & the impact of essential projects across the UK.

Congratulations to all of the winners and nominees, and a huge well done to the Neilcott Fit Out team for all of their hard work to secure the win for South Project of the Year.

From staff volunteering at Bromley Borough Foodbank & working with London South East Colleges to provide meaningful employment, skills & training opportunities for local people, to facilitating site tours for students studying carpentry, electrical installation, plumbing & engineering, giving back to the communities that we build in is a core value for us at Neilcott and we’re delighted that this has been recognised in this award.

The exciting project for London Borough of Bromley provides a modern, purpose-built office space at Churchill Court. Works include:
➡ Internal CAT B fit out works
➡ Refurbished main reception
➡ Secondary reception serving its residents
➡ A new democratic hub with committee rooms
Council chambers
➡ A mayoral suite
➡ Introduction of updated mechanical & electrical plant.

The new facilities provide a fresh working environment, serving as the council’s new headquarters.
