Refurbishment Specialist Equipment Demolition Flexible spaces Client: Fareham Borough Council Contract:JCT D&B Value:£14.7m Ferneham Hall was established in the 1980’s as a community focussed entertainment venue at the heart of Fareham. Following 40 years of service, Fareham Council identified the building as no longer fit for purpose. Neilcott led the redevelopment project, which included partial demolition, re-planning, and extension of the existing theatre. The works have revitalised and modernised the venue, creating a vibrant community hub for arts and entertainment.
