Transformation of a former Lacoste retail unit into a modern, functional office space. The refurbishment included an open-plan workspace, private office, meeting booth, kitchenette and upgraded mechanical and electrical services. Working within a listed building in a constrained urban location, the team carefully coordinated deliveries, managed logistical challenges and incorporated sustainable features, including an air-source heat pump, sustainably sourced timber and the refurbishment and reuse of existing doors.
