We are a #LETI hero

Neilcott are proud to be a LETI Hero. #LETI was initiated by Clara Bagenal George in 2017, and has since been an active and productive platform for knowledge sharing, collaboration and knowledge dissemination. Since its inception it has continued to grow as contributions from built environment volunteers have expanded its influence and knowledge base, creating an independent beacon for change in our industry. We hare happy to support LETI’s continued growth and involvement in the industry’s efforts towards achieving Net Zero Carbon buildings as soon as possible.

Festive Jam Event

It was our pleasure to support the funding and running of the Festive Jam event, hosted by the London Borough of Lambeth, through financial donation and staff volunteering. The event, which was a huge success, provided local residents with free food, entertainment and gifts to spread festive cheer, whilst easing the current cost of living pressure for many families this year.

Award Win for Abbey Court School

We are happy to announce that Buckingham Pools has received an award for the Abbey Court School project in the Best Swimming Pool in an Education Setting category at the UK Pool & Spa Awards this year. We delivered the works at Abbey Court with a focus on delivering a flexible, personalised approach in order to meet the wide range of learning difficulties and individual needs, ensuring that all pupils maximise their progress and personal achievement in relation to their abilities. Working closely with specialist pool designers Buckingham Pools, and tapping into their broad spectrum of experience, we developed a bespoke pool designed to meet the school’s needs. This includes two sets of entry steps to help control pool access traffic while allowing ample time to assist the different mobility levels. The multi-sensory pool is used for re-education and encouragement of normal movement, improved balance and coordination and the (re)introduction of walking techniques. The pool complements the stimulating environment formed throughout the rest of Abbey Court School, featuring a water cannon, a variety of lighting and engaging projection effects. Congratulations to Buckingham Pools , Abbey Court School, the Neilcott Construction Limited team and all involved.
