Hackney Surgeries, Portico Building Extension & upgrade to become a local health centre & facilitate the move for Lower Clapton Group Practice into the Grade II listed Portico building. Demolition BREEAM Grade II Listed Extension Client:LB Hackney Contract:JCT D&B Value:£8.7m New extension and refurbishment works to provide a new GP surgery providing a mix of consulting rooms and treatment rooms. The building aims to provide high quality primary, community and social care services with the completed faculty achieving a BREEAM rating of Excellent.  “This is a fantastic example of how the NHS and the Council can work together to improve services for local people. Bishopsgate Institute

Bishopsgate Institute Refurbishment & restoration of Grade II* listed live education establishment. Upgrades included access requirements and other facilities required for disabled persons Phased Listed Structural Alterations Client: Bishopsgate Institute Contract:JCT Standard Building Contract with Quantities         Value:£4m Upgrading of the decorative standard in the form of sympathetic restoration to prime aspects of the building. The works included re-establishing the high level lantern light and natural passive ventilation when weather conditions allowed. Comfort cooling was included and walls were acoustically treated. Meeting and teaching rooms were refurbished and upgraded in terms of technological and access requirements. Marylebone High Street Reinvigorating commercial, retail & education facilities on live site with constrained access Steel Frame Temporary Works Logistics Client:Howard de Walden Estates Contract:JCT Standard Building Contract Value:£9.5m Complex redevelopment works at historic 110 Marylebone High Street for repeat client Howard de Walden. Enabling and Main Works contracts involved whole building refurbishment and demolition of part of the existing building on St Vincent Street, along with new-build infill extension, internal structural alterations of the exiting building and fit-out works across the site. Brewers’ Hall

Brewers’ Hall Expanding & enhancing historic Brewers’ Hall through a complex rooftop extension. Occupied Building Complex M&E Rooftop Extension Listed Building Client:Worshipful Company of Brewers Contract:JCT Design & Build Value:£6.6m Design and construction of a complex vertical rooftop extension and internal remodelling within the Brewers’ Hall in Aldernanbury Square. Works involved extending the existing stone façade at 3rd floor and addition of a new mansard roof extension to 4th and 5th floors with preoxidised copper cladding.
