Neilcott have been appointed to deliver Phase 2 of the works for Victoria Gate, which include fit out and refurbishment. The works will include the formation of a new external ramp, basement shower modifications, bike store alterations & additional storage, ground floor office alterations, new fire lobbies and tea points, together with accessibility improvements. “This strategic move reaffirms Surrey County Council’s commitment to creating a conducive work environment while aligning with our broader objectives of sustainability and improved service delivery.” Natalie Bramhall, cabinet member for property, waste and infrastructure. 213 – 215 Tottenham Court Road Strip out & refurbishment works to bring a busy central London office space up to CAT A standard Comprehensive M&E upgrades Disabled WC amendments Full redecoration Roof refurbishment  Client:City of London Contract:JCT SBC XQ Value:£2.7m The project comprised of bringing the 3rd and 4th floor office space up to CAT A standard. The works included the strip out of the previous tenant’s partitions and fit out generally, providing new building services to serve two floors, new raised access floor, new lighting, disable WC amendments to form new shower facilities, new data installation and full redecoration. Works to common parts included redecoration of the stair cores and upgrade of the ground floor entrance lobby fronting Alfred Place, plus a roof refurbishment. UEL Summer Works 23 Refurbishment, fit out and external landscaping within a live University campus Tfl liaison Complex logistics Sculpture installation Client:University of East London Contract:JCT D&B Value:£2.7m Refurbishment, reconfiguration and fit out of a range of buildings/areas at the Docklands Campus (including AVA Buildings, Library, Knowledge Dock, East Building, Sports Dock), as well as the installation of the ‘Timeless Flight’ sculpture and associated landscaping works. Works included demolition and installation of internal partitions, installation of new M&E systems, joinery, finishes, fixtures fittings and furnishings. Alongside installation of artwork, vinyl’s and signage externally as part of the Active Campus scheme. “Throughout the project, Neilcott responded promptly and efficiently and were extremely accommodating with last minute changes to various elements in the programme. Woolwich Tramshed A much-loved historic theatre, the Woolwich Tramshed, required a sensitive rejuvenation to expand the venue and create new spaces for community use. Theatre and Community Space Historic, Listed Facade Retention BREEAM Excellent Client:Royal Borough of Greenwich Contract:JCT D&B Value:£3.7m Design and construction of an exciting restoration and expansion scheme, retaining the Grade II listed facade of the Woolwich Tramshed. Providing a modern theatre and community facility. With its industrial feel, it celebrates the building’s historic heritage. The new facility occupies three storeys with the ground and first floors being publicly accessible and the second floor specifically for new plant. The design utilised as much of the existing building fabric as possible whilst refurbishing the buildings interior, providing additional office space and back of house theatre spaces. “With a lot of hard work, sprinkled with a bit of patience, we’ve done it!
