News & Views Project Completion: Charter School East Dulwich Back to news & views We have successfully completed our Charter School East Dulwich project – a major transformation of the former East Dulwich Hospital site into a state-of-the-art learning environment that preserves local heritage while building for the future. ✅ Our works combined the restoration of ‘The Chateau’, a historic 1880s structure, with the construction of a brand-new, single-storey building housing changing rooms, a café, fitness centre, circulation space, and a sports hall.
